ACE Provider/Sponsor Statements
American Psychological Association
The Applied Behavior Analysis Center (ABAC) is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. The Applied Behavior Analysis Center maintains responsibility for this program and its content.
Variable credit for partial attendance will not be awarded. The Applied Behavior Analysis Center is approved to sponsor CESA/Live and Homestudy programs for continuing education for psychologists.
American Occupational Therapy Association
ABAC is an AOTA Approved Provider of continuing education (provider number 11454). The assignment of AOTA CEUs does not imply endorsement of specific course content, products, or clinical procedures by AOTA.
Only Live Events and Courses that include an AOTA approval statement and ID number are eligible for AOTA CEUs.
Association of Social Work Boards
ABAC (The Applied Behavior Analysis Center, LLC), #1492, is approved as a provider for social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) www.aswb.org, through the Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved as ACE providers. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit.
Look for the following statement on Live Events or Courses to ensure that the event is approved for Social Workers.

Important
- ABAC’s ACE provider approval does not cover viewing recordings of Live Events or on- demand courses. On-demand courses are only offered for ACE credit if individually approved by ACE and have an ACE course approval statement in the course-specific promo.
- NJ social workers, ABAC's ACE provider level approval does not count in NJ and NJ Social Workers can only earn ACE credit for courses that are individually approved by ACE and include the ACE course approval statement in the promotional materials for each course.
Behavior Analyst Certification Board
The Applied Behavior Analysis Center has been approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc. (BACB) as an ACE provider of continuing education events. BACB ACE Provider # OP-19-2957.

National Board of Certified Counselors
The Applied Behavior Analysis Center maintains responsibility for this program and its content. The Applied Behavior Analysis Center (ABAC) has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 6794. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. ABAC is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
ABAC is approved to offer credit for synchronous online events and home study.

ABAC CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT REQUIREMENTS

- Attendance Verification
- Passing Score on Post-test (80%)
- Completion of a confidential program evaluation
Participants are provided multiple opportunities to pass the post-test and provide attendance verification. Professionals are responsible for determining if the credit awarded is accepted by their state licensing board or professional organization.
If the abovementioned continuing education credit requirements are not met, participants will not receive continuing education credit. Partial credit will not be awarded. Refunds and transfers are not granted if requirements are not met. In the event additional support is necessary to achieve the expected outcomes (see below) please reach out to continuinged@abacnj.com to request assistance.
Attendees who meet the continuing education credit requirements must also fill out a confidential evaluation. Once the evaluation is complete, the certificate can be found in the "My Certificates" tab in an attendee's abacnj.com personal dashboard.
ABAC PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS
Certificate of attendance are offered to those who do not need or require continuing education credit. For those attending the live event, selecting "other" as a professional designation will produce a certificate of attendance for professional development or internal organization training purposes.
